New TRX pointer

I emailed Whites this morning in regards to the ad for their new pointer. I had seen it posted on this forum that it was going to be waterproof. Ms Mary Hudson from Whites was good enough to respond and tell me it is NOT to be used in water and NOT water proof. The advertisement says "weather proof". Guess I won't be buying it after all. Hope this clears up the speculation.
