Nice congrats!!. Those are the two i have. I Haven't played much with the HF yet.

Congrats. Good luck to ya.:icon_thumright:

Thanks!!! Should be fun!!!

I've got the 11" X35 and the HF Elliptical. The 13" X35 is tempting and I keep eyeing the 9" HF. I wish XP would use the HF batteries in all of their coils just for ease of storage and when you do swap batteries you don't have to cut seams and reseal everything.

I need more time on the 11" X35 before I'll let myself buy another coil. It's too easy to spend money on gear that might not see a lot of use if.

I don't recommend the 11×13", too heavy for the Deus stem/rod system (a lot of sway) and minimal performance and coverage gain over the 11" for the investment (remember it's an elliptical coil not a 13" round so all you are going to get out of it is 2" of additional swing coverage and negligible increased depth performance). Recommend sticking with the 11". Not worth it at the XP smart coil price point to have both since the performance delta is minimal vs. "normal" priced VLF accessory coils IMO. I think you've got a two great coils there and if you were to pick up a 3rd, I would lean towards the 9" HF because you would have all the frequency bases and form factors covered (4 to 25 khz on the 11" X35, 13, 28, & 74 khz on the elliptical HF and 13, 28, & 56 khz on the 9" round HF).
