Hello all,

I have been around metal detecting as a kid and always wanted to fet involed. Time never allowed but guess what I made time now. I just purchased a Minelab xterra 70 loaded with three coils and lots of goodies for $ 400.00. The gentleman i bought it from used it twice and lost interest. I thought it was a good deal after lots of research. I hope to learn from everyones experience here! I am from Baytown Texas and looking for a club or partners to hunt. Your guidance is apreciated. Welcome from Brazos county, I know Tomball, And Montgomery county have clubs but it is a bit of a drive for you. Metaldetectingstuff.com may have more info. They are located to the north of Houston.
