New to hobby, Australia

Hi! I've been lurking for adventures for years. I am new to treasure hunt but would love to know your tips.
I am a computer scientist, in Australia for the moment, but soon in Europe, I will have my dive license soon.
I know little about archeology, I was more interested in contemporary history so far.
Please message me if you have any advice or search quests in Australia I could do!
