Hi
I am new to the forum. My id is davidco I live in Australia.
I have been detecting for many years and have been enjoying reading your posts I would like to join and contribute.

I detect with an explorer II fitted with a coiltek platypuss coil, a marriage made in heaven as far as smooth running and finding deep goodies that have some history go.

I like finding old coins and anything with a story to tell, doesn't need to have any value ,just interesting and researchable. Don't get me wrong I still like finding jewellery and our lovely $1.00 and $2.00 coins, we call them "goldies" for short, they sure help to build up the kitty.

I am a member of a local detecting club here and post with the same id on the Aussie treasure hunters forum here "http://com3.runboard.com/baussietreasurehunters" I have some pictures of my finds there if you are interested.

I will post some pictures here asap when I work it out.
