Thanks guys! I have been planning on getting over there. It is close to the house so thats a good thing too. Does anyone have any imput on the recreational prospecting areas? I know there is a couple places close to here. I can not wait for spring. I have got the itch

I imagine Alaska is going to see a HUGE flux of miners this year... first the gold rush Alaska, then Sarah Palins Alaska all exposing techniques and finds... Like others have said before, the MODERN day gold rush is ON!
