Hey, All,

I'm new to the Treasure Net forum and just getting in to the hobby of metal detecting. My wife and I have owned detectors for quite a while but never really did much with them until this year. We are now officially hooked!

I'm looking forward to looking over the forum and also hope to meet some laid-back folks from VT or upstate NY who would like to hunt!

I am sure I speak for everyone here when I say good luck and welcome to the community. It is a wonderful thing to be able to meet and chat with people that have a similar interest. I think you will find the people here to be very pleasant and willing to help without the bantering and bashing one may find in other forums. Maybe we can team up sometime to do a panning and nugget shooting outing. There is nothing better then being up in them there hills finding that there gold to put in this here pocket ;-)
