Our fields aren't disked every year, but this year they were. These were all found at a new location about 20x45 yards on a slight rise on 4 morning hunts ive done over the last 1.5 weeks--other than the hammerstone top middle...which was found a few yards out outside of the area, so i still included it. The collection of quartz/other on the left has had attention paid to each of them. The collection of stuff in the middle is debitage/pottery. Stuff on the right is just stuff that has signs of some kind of use other than the two pieces at the bottom. Other than what is in this picture there really wasn't much rock/stone found in this small area other than a few cores and a ton of flakes.

It certainly does make it more difficult. This recent disking will give me another place to look for a little while.

I'm fortunate the farmer deep discs my best Civil War spot. We haven't found ONE Indian item on the whole place however.
