Hello all! Got out to a new spot with my Dad in hopes of finding some arrowheads. I gave metal detecting a shot but found no evidence of anything. The land had just been disced and has only had one good rain. There was little to be found but I did manage to find this beautiful point! I also found the small broken quartz point. Unfortunately my Dad left empty handed but there's always next time! Thanks for looking & HH!

They definitely had amazing skills. The places I usually hunt in northern NC are loaded with milky quartz and its much easier to pick out the other points that are usually a light green color. I have noticed that more quartz points seem to be found in Southern NC/northern SC so I'm trying to train my eye to look for them.

Nice points! Quartz is mostly what our points were made of up here in CT.
