went to work yesterday knew the job was in a old part of town ,turns out its about 10 acres.
an 90 yr old lady owned the property, her house was built in 1905.I obtained perrmission from
the developer', but only had about 20 min to hunt. The house had been knocked down already
so it will not be a walk in the park.I dug this old toy a soldier on a horse looks like ww1 its made out of lead .I'll be
going back this weekend with my digging tool...not with just my knife, lol grounds aweful hard to dig with a knife. thanks for looking.....i'll keep ya'll posted.

Yea..usually on a construction site i take my big shovel.I still fill in any holes i dig because there still not very deep.
Just easier to dig the packed dirt.
GOOD LUCK AND HOPE YOU FIND SOME GREAT STUFF!!!!

Nice little bit of history.... Good luck on future diggins.

Neat find, Randall!

Keep us posted on what else you find.

Just my two cents: The rider looks like he is wearing a tri-corner hat like the colonials wore. It's probably a piece from a set. You may find more when you return.

Good luck.

I see it! And I love it. Is it as small as I think? I'd like a better picture if you would'nt mind. I have several spots I've opened for all the horses found by you folks, they are waiting to be filled ;). Really neat find.

What a GREAT find, Randy! 8) Love it!

Good luck on your return!!

Nana :)
