I recently found a new soccer park about 30 miles from my home, and hit it today for about three hours.. I havent touched the "playing" parts of the fields, but just going around them I ended up with $7.16 in clad... That included 4 pocket spills, one had 17 dimes all sitting on top of and around each other..
Pretty trash free area, might have dug 30 pull tabs, but quite a few lawnmower wounded aluminum cans (shards)....
Cant wait to hit the main fields...

Also ended up with two wheaties, a 1951D and a 1938, both in very nice condition....

HH All!

The wheaties are a good sign of things to come.

Good hunting.....where there are wheaties, there can be silver!! Find some, and post it, so we can all be jealous.

Not sure how old this park is, old area but pretty new park I think... The wheaties were all less than 1" deep, so probably newer losses, but the ground is extremely hard past about 2", so I dont think anything sinks too deep in that area..
