Had a pretty nice afternoon. I've been hunting new grounds, and think I'm figuring them out. Here are a few of today's more interesting finds.

It's easier to hunt now that the bottom leaves are gone!! Man! Their must have been a million flaked spades like the one I posted. Flakes every where.

Yeah I hate those leaves! I get the black ones here and they look just like flakes till I scoot them with my pole to see if they are stone.

I'm talking bout bacca leaves !! You ain't never been in the bacca field? Lot of fun smashing them bacca worms with your fingers! Lol

No I have never been in a field of any kind....yet. All my stuff is found near water in the woods.

Just kidding you man! They have pulled the bottom tobacco leaves. I had to kid ya a little. They pull 4 or 5 times starting at the bottom. Once bottom leaves are gone, you can find points a lot better than looking under those thick tobacco ground leaves. The old folks don't say tobacco they say Bacca. Old country folk.

Just as long as it isnt rabbit grass. I think they grow it here and is why they dont want me in their fields. Probably hidden behind the dead corn stalks.

Rabbit weed good for the eyes. You never seen a rabbit with glasses. Red eyes... That's another story !! You crazy man!!
