New site, different stuff

I found this old home site the other day. I'm pretty sure the house has been gone since 1933 so I figured, give it a shot. Here's some of the finds.








I also found this item which I have no idea on. It has 2 sets of markings , 1 in each corner. Its very decorative . Any ideas?











I also found 3 ax heads and a small cow bell. Thanks for looking !

Nice finds! Not sure but it could be some kind of door plate, brass maybe.

I'd say it looks like a real promising site! :-)

Be sure to spend some time just sitting and considering how people would have lived on the property back when.
Draw up a simple map for yourself and make quick passes in areas that interest you. Log everything!
