New River House Site Finds

Hello All. I got permission to hunt a 1940's house built right on the Indian River. The occupants are renters and have little interest in what I find...yippee!

Got some OK items: 3 WC's, some old toys, old shot shell head stamps, a 20MM cannon shell (my biggest round yet how that got in the front yard is a mystery), sash buckle, an old ornate iron hinge, and the usual clad and miscellaneous hardware.

Got permission to hunt this site anytime so I am going back today...to be continued...I hope.

Hello diggummup. Don't know what the ring spiked object is...posted it on the "What Is It" page but no replies yet. Wife says it's a jews harp and son says it is an automotive heating element. I think they are both wrong but I don't have any idea what it was for.

Yes the UMC CO head stamps are oldies. They turn up a lot here in central FL. I think the ole timers loved their shotguns.
