OK,I'm going to divulge something maybe I shouldn't,but I'm gettin' old.Here ya go,many of you probably already do this but,if you are looking for a new place to hunt,you can do as I do,especially,if you live rural.I look at all the auctions every week and being in a rural area,most of them are at farms/ranches where the people are old or one has died so they are going to sell and move to the city or to a care facility.You can go by their place a couple days before the auction or even the day after and most will let you detect all you want.You can ask about the history of the place and they are eager to give it as they really don't want to move in their hearts and like to reminise about days gone by.Goodluck
