I posted a similar topic on the other Coin board, but nobody really goes there, so I figured I'd post some more here. I just learned how to use Photoshop properly yesterday, and have had a bunch of fun playing with it. Whatcha guys think?

Most likely. But the template is a Photoshop one.

can anyone help me with just isolating coins in a picture with GIMP?

I don't use GIMP, but I'm assuming you;d do it the same way you do it in Photoshop. Use the Circle selection tool and then transform it to make it fit the coin perfectly.
