short post time for work... up at 7:00 am and up the road to Peoria to a nice out of the way older park.. loads of stuff to be recoverd, but only time to cherry pic after the deep ones today... $2.01 in clad a neat 1950 Dr pepper token. 1909, 1916, 1919, 1936, 1939, 1940d,1946, 1946d, 1958d, Wheat's!! 1893, 1901 Ihs ( still dirty ) 1899 Full LIBERTY Barber dime!!! ( that was the second plug in!!!!!! ) till next time ;D best to all MR TUFF

the Ihs cleaned up nice ;D this was the 1st time to this park today, and all i covered was a small corner. with oldies there and tons of new stuff on top. it will take some work.. think I'm the only one to hit this park in years.. tons of shallow clad barley swing in spots the stuff is so thick ::) but hard ground is killing me :cussing: thanks for the encouragement all!!! best to all MR TUFF

Is the park watered regularly? If so, try to get there after a good irrigation: easier to dig by far and probably will find much deeper targets, too.

I'd stick to that park like glue. IH's, Barbers, maybe something from the '20's next, like a platinum ring or watch could be next!
