Had agood time, thanks B.

Stupid spelling mistake in title...I can't fix...
We drove around awhile looking for some salvageable situations, the time was bad, and none were to be had. So I resorted to an orchard, I knew had to be good just because of the location, and I did get a crotal bell , and a large, large penny, early 1800's P NS piece

The newbie did well as well, only iron , and lead maybe, but got a quick grasp on what not to dig. Like most newbies, a little slow on the swing, but was catching on real fast. Congrats "B"

I had a most enjoyable (half) day. Hope you did enjoy yourself too (B!)

Talk Soon.

Nothing wrong with a copper and a nice bell for part of a day out.

bet that bell was music to your ears. nice treasures

Nice finds, and congrats and Happy Hunting to both of ya!

It all starts with one. As long as there is interest there you may have another hunting partner in the future.
I know my lady didn't find much her first few times out but she kept at it found a few cool things since then, but nothing earth shattering yet. So much for beginners luck
As long as you find some stuff and show her that it can happen for her too she may stick with it

Better sites equal better finds, better luck at the next site for you both

Not too shabby for a short hunt, glad you had fun.

Nothing wrong with slow swinging those rings show up better.

You dig a ridiculous amount of Crotal Bells and Jaw Harps...

Nice dont teach the Newbie too much someday they will become your competitor.....:laughing7:

Mine liked detecting, but now she's more of a bottle girl. :(
