New Mexico question

Hi,
Does anyone familar with New Mexico know of rock formations that look like umbrellas or mushroom. Aroung the Truth or Consequences area. I was told CPTBIL is from there if he reads this. I have a longer post about it on the General Discussion board. Thanks.
