Hello folks, I'am new to this forum so the first thing I'd like to say is that I'am very excited to find this site and have enjoyed looking at some of the wonderful artifacts and reading the story of there finds.I live in middle GA and have been hunting artifacts for about 12 years, there is nothing quite like finding an artifact, all kinds of thoughts run thru my mind each time I find a artifact, who made it,what was it used for, what time period does it come from, what kind of material is it made of, and the list goes on.let me say that I have seen some wonderful collections over the years but I prefer to find my own, the value is not of significance to me,its the history the gets me,I hope to post a few pic's of some of my artifacts,I'am computer stupid so bear with me.

Nice tray yadkin-hunter. Are they all personal finds, even the Eagle?

Thanks for your comments,I wish I could say the eagle was a personal find but the truth is my wife bought it for me from an artifact dealer,he told her it was authentic but I have my doubts, its specila because she gave it to me.All the other artifacts are my own personal finds.

Thanks. I figured the eagle was a bought piece since I've never seen and authentic one anywhere. The others are very nice finds though.
