G-day all, I'm new to this forum and thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Scottabe and I live in Adelaide, South Australia where I prospect as much as possible in the parklands, historic sites and beaches.
I've only been detecting for almost 2 years with a Bounty Hunter Tracker IV, it's been a great little starter unit but the time has come. I just recently upgraded my equipment last week to Minelab's Etrac! I couldn't be more excited about the purchase and I've never had the prospecting bug more then I do now.....and I'm a avid hobbyist that has been bitten by the prospecting bug 2 years ago. I just love it so!
Anyhow, my mate and I have started a social, fun, unofficial treasure hunting club with hopes to bring some exciting new outings in the future. In the meantime we've been videoing our most recent hunts as well as creating head to head competitions during our ventures out. All in good fun of course. Please check us out (and like us) on Facebook and subscribe to my Tube page to follow our latest adventures.
If you live in the South Australia region please drop me a message if you ever want to get involved with a few odd balls like JoPa and I for a day out swinging. I'm looking forward to viewing this forum for great insights, post and stories.
Keep on digging mates and have fun out there!
