New Member looking for info.

Hi all. I am Billhawk47 from Surrey BC. I am new to the world of metal detecting and am thinking of buying a FisherF4 for my first detector. I would like any info regarding this detector as a starter. I am retired and live near the ocean as well as the mountains. I would also like to contact any other detectors in the Surrey area.
