Im a 22 year old male. I got a metal detector when I was a kid and just recently really got into it. I live in a old coal town full of hills. The house I grew up in was built in the early 1900’s! Tons of history in this little valley.

Right now I just have a cheap detector, but I’m getting a better one soon. Any recommendations?
A very good machine that is not to hard on your budget,........
A used, but in good shape, Garrett AT Pro.
you should also pick up the 5" X 8" coil for it.
That is my opinion, .... half a dozen people would agree with me,
and a half a dozen would suggest something similar.
It becomes a "Ford vs Chevy" thing.
But, I am positive that machine will do very well for you in that area.
(it's a sure bet)
Those pictures tell me you have some Fantastic places to hunt!
