Hello everyone,
I've just joined this site and am very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the people here. I'm looking forward to being a regular contributor. I've collected coins since I was a kid and it combines nicely with my other hobby of metal detecting. I've used various Minelabs for the last 15 years or so and currently use an E-Trac which is a great machine when combined with a Garret pro pinpointer. I do a lot of 'tecting in North Wales and Staffordshire and have had some great finds over the years from Roman to modern.
I've just retired having served 30 years in the police and I'm looking forward to some peace and quiet and to pursuing my hobbies.
