New member from San Diego,CA

Hello everyone,
I am a new member from San Diego, CA. I finally broke down and bought me a detector today. It is a white's MXT pro. I am new to this and just trying to figure this all out. I did go out in the kids play area in my complex and found 1 quarter, 1 nickel and 5 pennies so far. I was pretty much digging on everything I thought was something. Got to learn how to ignore what I don't want. If there is anyone from the San Diego are that would like to get together and help a newbee out please send me a message.
