New Member from Northwest Florida

I'm new to these forums and haven't been metal detecting in several years. I used to go with my dad, but haven't been since he passed away several years ago. I really want to get back into it as it's something I would love to pass on to my kids one day. Some of my best memories of him invlove us relic hunting together.

Anyway, I am looking for anyone in my area who may be interested in helping me get back into it and going metal detecting!

Thanks for the friendly welcome guys! Hopefully I wil find a new place to metal detect again very soon. I've definitely been looking. All of the places we used to go are no longer accessible for one reason or another.

well check out the florida hunt thread over in tnet member hunts, we will be organizing a hunt after the first of the year. probably february at a local location here in florida.

Well with the water blocking up alot of roadways,etc, flooding i am waiting this past week and calling the property own ers this week, as they were probably busy with dealing with issues, from TS Debby!!..stay tuned on my thread.

well spoke with one of the guys there and river is almost done cresting, or something to that effect, it didnt really effect them, calling to speak with the owners tomorrow and will be posting hopefully before work tomorrow , details.......details.....Gregg
