New Member from North Carolina!!!

I've just joined recently and I've never done any basic treasure hunting, yet. I don't even own a metal detector, at least not yet. Everything I know about treasure hunting is from what I've seen in movies and TV. Plus what I've looked up on the internet. I want to know more about treasure hunting from as many of the experienced members as I can. One of the reasons why I want to be a treasure hunter is to have the opportunity to travel. Sort of like a little boy's dream of adventure. I hope to find a good treasure hunting group to join to make that dream a reality as a man. I'm looking forward to learning a lot by being part of this community.
