Hello all ! I'm new to metal detecting and treasure hunting. I've been diving for over twenty five years so underwater and beach hunting is my interest. I just recently bought an Excalibur II detector. I'm having a tough learning curve with this thing being a newby and all Lol. I have really enjoyed lurking here for some time. I am sure you'l have no trouble finding other hunters that use the Excal II and check the Beach and Shallow Water heading under Metal detecting and also look for the Brands and Minelab and see if there are any Excal users there.
