New member from New Jersey

Hello I’m a new member from New Jersey. I have been metal detecting for about 4 years but have recently started doing it a lot more here lately. If anyone knows good places in NJ or PA or needs a hunting buddy Let me know Thanks.

Hi - Our club meets just outside of Trenton if you're anywhere near there. Half our members are from Jersey and the other half from PA. midjersey.com. We won't be meeting at the rec center in January, but will resume in February. Hope you can make it!

Welcome from Sunny Florida. Born in Jersey City, NJ and spent a good part of my live in Brick, Point Pleasant and Seaside. The beaches in Lavalette between Seaside and Point were a hot spot for many of my friends who metal detect. With all the damage Sandy did, not sure how much is even left of that part of the coast, but I can only imagine how much that storm tore up and churned up some hidden trasures buried deep for decades if not centuries.
