New kid from RI!

Hey guys Josh here from Rhode Island, I've been following the forum for a month or so and decided it was time to join. I've always wanted to metal detect and finally purchased a Garrett ACE 250 on craigslist about a week ago. First few times out was extremely aggravating! . After watching a few videos and doing some searches I learned a lot still getting some odd signals that are all over the place and my pinpoint isn't the best. But yesterday after about 2 hours in my gfs yard (house is from 1902) I ended up with 2 wheaties some clad a old newport bridge token and lastly a 1936 merc dime that was almost pristine! Anyways hope to be learning as much as possible from you guys and if there's anyone from RI give me a shout! I'm still doing some research and trying to find some good spots. Thanks guys - Josh
