Hi all ..

I am new here and was hoping for some good idears from you old gold diggers to were to go look for stuff to find..

About me . i am 31 years old and living in Denmark . well for now , i am waiting for my Visa to come thru so i can move to USA and live with my girlfriend and my daughter.

i allso hope that you could give me some idears anout what metaldetector is the best.. i have to admit i am total rookie here

Welcome Tiger, the best places to go are those that you research. Places where people have gathered for many years. Schools, churches, parks. As far as what detector is best, that is a matter of personal opinion. I'm sure a lot of people on here have a different idea on which one is best. It depends on what kind of hunting you will be doing. As far as brands go, it's the same. Everyone will have a different opinion. The best thing to do is decide what kind of hunting you will be doing. How much money are you willing to spend? You can look at reviews of different detectors below in the section for reviews or on other review sites. I hope you get to come over and be with your girlfriend and daughter soon. Just remember, do a little research on places, what type of hunting, and how much you're willing to spend. Good luck to ya.

Right about the research in finding where people have been. Check out the manufacture's web sites and learn all you can about them and what suits your style. Stick with the major brands and you won't be sorry as many have saved a dime in the cost and wasted a fortune in what they didn't know was under their feet.

i finaly got my first detector .. not the best but it works.. later i will invest more money in a good detector ..
