First close wallet and educate through a local yokel club. They have meetings, outings, claims, equipment to see,use and borrow and most importantly many retired folks who NEVER tire of going out and doing some mining, hence you learn. With the ungodly rules just made and many 1,000s coming fast you are indeed late to the dance bigtime as closures, restrictions, regulations and MUCH related bs going on. Have fun,go local and prosper-John

Where you at that will help and John speaks the truth find a local club and join. GPAA is like 85 bucks a year check out there web site.

Heya, where do you live?

I panned every once in a great while over the years with horrible success, recently I started Underwater Gold Sniping and have done really well.
If you live up by Redding Ca I can show you a couple open BLM places to go and show you some of my tools. :)

It is a lot of fun but not something that will likely make you a rich man.

If you are in California there is no dredging allowed but you can highbank and you can use a motorized pump to blow overburden away.

You can check out my YouTube channel to see what you can find with underwater sniping.

I wanna do what you do! Just watched your YouTube videos. Looks like
Fun.
Hope to hear from you

Thanks. :)
I really need to get that underwater housing here so I can take some more interesting underwater video's for you guys.

It is a lot of fun but just like all other forms of prospecting you need to be sure to stay on open, public land where anyone can do it unless you are willing to buy a claim, share a claim or join a club that allows access to their claims.
I am going to join a club up here in Redding that has a few claims out in the French Gulch area, lots of fun talking to new people too. :)

I got your message on YT and will get back to you in the morning on that, I gotta head to bed right now, thanks for watching.
