Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
Steveo here,I been detecting "coinshooting" for about 4 years now.I get a chance to get out & about a couple times a week sept during winter when there's lots of snow on the ground.I average around 8-10 hours per week and only wish I had even more time to devote to MDing but that's life.
In the past I have owned and used several detectors of other brands.Last spring I bought a new M6 from a local dealer and really liked the way it performed at my what some call "hunted out" sites. Not true at all,I find that there is always something to be found at just about any site no matter how hard it was hunted in the past and the M6 has proved that alot of times, even though it might not be a coin but I'm not talking trash either.I just picked up a whites XLT on e-bay not long ago for a good deal and I have had it out a few times and even rehunted my own yard and came up with a few silvers "mercs"that I missed with the M6 and a few other detectors.
Anywho,I hope to hang out here and pick up some tips and such and also share any knowledge that may help someone out and try to have a lil fun in the process.
Good luck to ya'll & happy hunting.
