well i got to get the opportunity to get out bush and have a play.a good mate dropped round and lent me his 4x4 for the weekend so headed into the hills and tried my luck , the rivers and creeks are still fairly high but gave it a go anyway.found some nice spots which will be good to really hit hard mid summer with camping spots nearby, hopfully mo nature wont decide to do fuel reduction in the area first as the bush is pretty thick...i dont have the "easier" formed tracks like you guys seem to have alongside your waters over here..lol. here you walk in twenty feet and cant see the car. only got a few flakes and flypoop specks but i can go upstream closer to the abandoned mines and hopefully find better colour..good to get out , stay safe everyone and heavy pans.
