New goal...todays clad..

Must have been tired after hunt today....thought I posted the finds on here. Well nothing usual except hardly any quarters! Strange.... I hunted by trees in a park and the heat made me stop before 100. Sorry once again nothing fancy....and after receiving some advice from some very good coin hunters that have rung up over 12,000 coins in a year, based on my numbers 10,000 coins is my new goal for year.

Today 71 coins in 3 hours, junk bracelet top of photo eyeballed. $3.35

Not sure why but tot lots have not been the best place for me. I do see a few people out with detectors now once in a while. They are in the tot lots! I have had two really good tot lot days...just clad...otherwise I usually have to hunt faster after being in them to get my minimum of 60 coins in 3 hours. I was in one the other day must have just been hunted came out with zero coins but a nice mood ring for my daughter. Figuring those 20 minutes cost me at least 8 coins. Yes you are right, I am dirting in dirt 95% of time.

I will take them! A couple coin hunters have me working on a coin per average basis now. They say I am doing fine.....Tells what my coin value averages out to compared to total coins found. But they will not help my average!

No the sun was the knock out punch yesterday, also using the stock coil a little extra weight and stayed by shaded trees. I would like to see a few more pizza tables also for my rings...but sure would like to pick up my silver coin count still at 4 for the year, 14 rings.

Every 10th roll we will toss in 4 dollar coins. Keeps the average up.
