New from Puerto Vallarta Mexico

HI Everyone!! My name is Don and I am new to this. In fact I am still trying to figure out which unit to buy to get going. I live a few hours from Gold country in mexico's Sierra Madre and am close to retireing. I have always wanted to do this and hunt for gold so thats what I am going to do. I usually over research things but when it comes to buying electronics etc, I find it helps to buy quality early on. I live on the ocean, but plan on getting in the mountains also. I have silver mines 50 miles away and gold mines a little farther. I am digesting all that I am reading but at some point you just have to start. Looking at whites MXT pro and if there are any sugestions out there I will listen. Look forward to my new hobby!!

looking to get a good detector to start here too someone told me to get a whites MXT pro to start

i found one on kijiji guy wants 850 says its in good condtion. trying to figure out what its worth used and what the cost is new, but i cant find them really on the net
