Hi everyone,

New detector here from Pittsburgh, PA. Ill be swinging a minelab 305. I picked up a viper trident as a bogo, although the minelab is looking to be light years ahead. Look forward to posting and sharing!

I am originally from Michigan! I grew up first in Ada (by GR) an in 8th grade moved north to a little town called Lakeview, in Montcalm County, off M-46. I lived on Townline Lake. Then I went to CMU for BS and MS degrees. Moved to Pitt in 2005.

Welcome! My family is all from around the BURGH. Look up a small town named BROOKFIELD OH. 1.5 hours from you maybe. Tons of old German heritage up there. another that comes to mind Sharpsville PA. Still very country. My Great Grandfather ran a logging company out of there and as a kid hunting I saw a bunch of old homesteads...lol and that was 30 years ago!!
