i believe its a water power bullet to clean sewer - drainage pipes, mabe grease
water hose attached, then due to the reverse holes propels the bullet forward fron the reverse thrust
also flushing debris backwards
hole in the front is also high pressure to cut material as it moves forward.
could also be a underground boring tip to lay pipes

are there horizontal lines, scrapes from nozzle tip to threaded end?
if its around 3 inch diameter, might be a common 4" sewer pipe whick is common household size
