A new field permission today and I wasn't sure I would stay because of 30 degrees and 20+ mile an hour winds but after a couple finds I can do this. As I started up the field I could see brick and pottery all over and didn't have to go to far and spotted my first find right on the surface a very nice button. The buttons just kept coming and then another surface find a 2 piece button with birds on it. A short time later I got a nice sound that I thought was just a tag because I couldn't see anything on it, after cleaning it up I could see the date 1820 and a horse on the back not sure what it is? Towards the end of my hunt another surface find a 1860 fatty Indian, I can't wait to get back and see what else is there.

Shortly after posting this a friend told me Irish penny

Nice set of finds! Gotta love seeing brick and pottery strewn all over a field...gets me really excited. Really like the partridge hunting button.
