Hi all, Been a wile since I posted anything. Been getting use to the new E-Trac. Diggin up silver from trash filled dirt! I really need to get on and post some of the finds and my thoughts on this new detector (LOVE IT) but for now I have this to share! I found this in the woods at the site of an 1800's farm house. The ground here is FULL of trash and the low growth makes it very difficult to hunt! Wile almost continuous "nulling" This hit hard at about a 12 48. Last target of the day! :-)

Any one know exactly what it is or the history? It is about the size of a half dollar and says "genuine bronze" on the back. Thanks and Happy Hunting!!!

Looks like a Great Seal key or watch fob. WWI era or there abouts would be my guess.

Thanks. Also looks like post 1902 due to the flat top shield.
