I'm new to the forum and the hobby. Just starting out with a Bounty Hunter Tracker 4. I've always been fascinated with buried treasure and the stories that go along with them. I actually picked the detector up just to find my property markers and had a blast doing it. So far I have dug the crap out of my yard( much to the wife's dismay). Found a ton of modern currency and a lot of random stuff I would never have thought I would find. So far my best find was a wedding ring that a friends dad lost about 30 years ago while out hunting. I'm looking forward to getting more into the hobby and maybe meet some new friends to hunt with sometime. I just got permission to hunt a place that no one ever knew was there. Now it's just some steps and a stone foundation in the middle of no where. I look forward to sharing my finds with you guys.
