So there are now two new coils for the Legend. One looks like the Simplex SP24 and one looks a bit larger than that, having the same shape

SP24 is 9.5”X 5”?

actually the new coil for the Legend is 9.5x6 where as the Simplex is 9.5x5 so the one for the Legend is an inch wider the Larger new coil is supposed to be better then the 11 inch stock coil

Price and availability known yet? The SP 24 will just stay on permanently in my opinion it can do it all. The 11” for big fields and 6” for trashiest spots 9.5 x 6 for everything else.

No longer matters to me- I ordered a Legend pro pack at the lower price plus a loyalty discount, but canceled the order the next day. Not because I had second thoughts about the Legend itself- just second thoughts about adding a new and really not needed detector. My Deus 2 with 9” and 11” coils really is all I need , and I certainly haven’t even used all preset programs on it. I don’t need the distraction of the new shiny object. The last new shiny object is still shiny.
