Happy dance

Hello Gruffy!
I really like Tesoro products! They are light, the warranty is fantastic, they're easy to use, and!
They find stuff! I've always heard the Cibola is basically a TeJon without the gadgetry. How's the depth?

I really can't tell you much, I just bought it. It seemed to be ok on depth, but I will be able to tell you more later on. If the heat will just let up here so I can get out more, I'll give it a good workout. The park was no test but I did find some coins. :tard:

Used to buy tesoro, started with the silver sabre plus in the 80s. Problem is in England the after sales service is practically non existant.

Congrats with the new machine, nice finds now you know what all the buzz is about ;D

Thanks TreasurdiggrNY, but I already knew. ;D robfinds, it's funny you mentioned after sale service. When I first got my Cibola home and put together it wouldn't work. I called the co. and left a message and my phone number. About an hour later the owner called me and told me to take it back to the store where I bought it and that if they didn't give me a new one to call him back and he would take care of me. To make a long story short---they gave me a new one. Some thing was wrong with the place where you plug the coil in. You could wiggle it and it would start working. We tried the coil on another detector and it worked fine. Any way they made me happy. You couldn't ask for anything more. They are good for life---if anything goes wrong--just send it to the co. and they will fix it. Works for me.
