Hi Gang:

I am Mickey Maguire. I used to participate here many years ago. I did a lot of writing for Bounty Hunter when Mickey Cochran (rest his soul) was still working for them. I used to answer a lot of questions on BH products back then. I had the BH Land Star, Tracker IV, Time Ranger, the Discovery 3000 and 1000, before that, I swung a Tesoro Bandito. These days, I sold all and bought a Garrett Ace250. So, here I am and I am looking forward to getting to know you.

Welcome back Mickey

Thanks, Jeff. Have you ever checked out the area around Lehigh Tannery? There is an old foundation on the East Side (town name) of the river where the tannery used to operate. It was there in the days of the Revolution according to some accounts.

Nope, never been that far down to hunt.
all my sites so far have been north of Lebanon

If you get a chance, Lehigh Tannery is right off exit 41 I-80 just east of White Haven.

Ah that's Luzerne County lol

I was thinking below me in Lehigh county.

I do believe 80 is allot closer then Lehigh county. Thanks !

Hello from your neighbor in west Virginia (Morgantown) Happy hunting

Morgantown... my great, great, great, great, great, great, great-grandfather (Frederick Ice) is buried under the Cheat Lake in Morgantown. If you know the marker for Ice's Ferry, that's the site. He and his brother Andrew had a trading post north of the Cheat River on the Monongahela.

Know where it's at live in motown but married a cheat lake girl, only heard stories of the area before they flooded it would love to see pics from back then

How did you feel about the tracker IV? I have one myself.

The bh was doing great until this season now I'm having problem with the ground balance.
Looking at the Garrett ace 250 to replace it
