New at this! 1800 Large Cent & other finds.
Here is some of my finds since I recently started coin snapping. The 1800 Draped Bust large cent is my best coin. It is in tough shape but the date is readable. Found it in front yard of a colonial home that I knocked and got permission. All of the other items I dug up in one of 3 different fields that I had tried out behind 18th century homes. The belt buckle had a Pat Date APR 20 1875 and the company name PYB. The one that looks like a rock may be a musket ball? Its a very heavy metal. The silver cap has Sterling stamped onto it. Not sure what it went to but it was squeezed shut and had wood chips inside of it. I don't know much about the buttons but assume they are old.
