Those are some good looking critters. The chocolate brown calf reminds me of the heifer calf my grandfather gave me for my 7th birthday. She was an angus shorthorn mix and she turned out pretty wild, never could milk her. She did give me 4 calves before I sold her, had enough money for a new dirt bike but my mom was afraid I'd get hurt so I never got one till I was grown up. I have many good memories of helping my grandfather do chores and milk "shorthorn", the mother of my calf. Never once did she kick or knock over the pail. I'd love to have a good milk cow now if I was living where I could, there's something about the little dexter's that catches my interest.

Hi RR :hello:, what is a "Brangus". I know Aberdeen Angus, but I've not heard of that breed?
