Nephrite? Found this morning.

Very nice. It all depends on the geology of where it was found. Another strong possibility is gem grade serpentine. We get that a lot around here. The nephrite would be harder.

If it's easily scratched with a knife blade it would be less likely nephrite . Serpentine would scratch / carve easily by comparison . Nice find.
