NEED SOME SPOTS IN NORTH GA (WHITE COUNTY AREA) GOING ON VACATION THERE

if anyone could help me out with some pretty decent spots to detect in white county ga area i would be very grateful my wife wants to go detecting up there when we go on vacation next week and i dont want her to be bored and hate what i do. now she only wants to go out for a day the rest of the time we are gonna be in a creek bed lookin for gold and jems with our sluice box and shovels she likes that and my 2 1/2 year old daughter loves it too.. but if anyone could help us out that would be great she wants to find civil war relics or just search a old homestead for old coins

Try posting this in the Treasure by location thread in the Georgia section. You will probally get better results. I'm in Ut, I can't help.

Maybe you would want to head a bit north to Chattanooga, TN it would be maybe an hour away. There may be some areas to hunt for Civil War relics.
