Need some info

Im going to florida for a week and im bringing my metal detector, ill be at singer island, im haveing a hard time looking for the metal detecting laws.. i just want to hunt the beach's maybe go in the water up to my knees max... and maybe just a local park... Im not going to any federal or state land... Any help would be great i hate to get aressted on my first day... the laws in michigan are pretty simple since we dont have a lot of sunken treasure ships

There is no problems hunting in that part of the state. I live not to far from there and water hunt all over there. Good luck.
