Need some help with this one

Doing my last box of the year I came across this coin. Back of coin has me thinking this was man made/destroyed but figured I would post it to this forum and see what you guys think. Happy new year. Also pulled the 64' out of the box to end the year on a 90%er.

Looks like it was intentionally smoothed out, I have a similar looking coin in my collection. I am calling it PMD. Congrats on ending the year with a box that produced.
